Population locked down with no guaranteed income or healthcare. Lots of people got out from NYC, SF, LA and Philly but some of them got it and they’re bringing it to the cut.

In Philadelphia, like most shelter in place cities you can still ride a bike but it’s 46 and raining. Be careful. You do not want to end up in the hospital with a broken arm.

Get your indoor training set-up set up! Expect all outside time to be cut. Stay posi. Stay clean.
