SF in Lock Down

(March 16) My office is skeleton crew with talk of closing all together. I rode my bike to pay my mortgage at downtown branch. They laughed at the idea of closing. They said,”The city may close, the bank stay open” (its a Chinese bank). On the streets it seems like weekend style vibe with only crazies and drug addicts walking around.
