SF Scene Report

Riding out to Marin headalnds and went through the TL. The city put out hand washing stations for the fiends. No one seems to be using them. The drug using population could be very vulnerable to this virus. Poor hygiene, living in close unsanitary conditions, weak immune system…. i saw so many people obviously ill and sharing needs or other paraphernalia.
