New Phase

So this blog is going to be different now. Focus has changed from watching things occur abroad to watching things occur outside our windows.

Let’s get this out of the way first:

Italy’s reality is our future. We need to be there for each other.  Many of the people that follow this blog survive in a freelance or gig economy.  Many people have already drained their bank accounts to buy essentials.  In the US there is no promise of support or even care.  The obvious cruelty and stupidity of our system is on display.  We only have each other.

There’s no justice, it’s just us.

In the coming weeks and months we need to look out for each other and keep things afloat.  There’s no other way to do it.  Look out for your friends and neighbors.  Give what you can if people don’t have it.  That can be food or your laundry machine or coffee beans or weed.  Just look out! Be safe and vigilant.

It’s tough because so much of what we do is social.  We ride together and build together and smoke together and drink together and  that might have to end for a while.

Call your friends.  Stay in touch.  Make sure you know what’s going down in the other cities. GS Landlords is a worldwide crew.  Let’s act like it. Submissions are open at info@duffedout.com .  All squad let us know what’s going on.

I wanted to shut down for a while but now I think this is an important vehicle for all of us.
