SF Update

I’ve seen this bike locked up before. Saw it again today and took some photos- has some neat details despite the mish-mash build.

Then I came across the floating Free Spirit. Looks like a thief tried to use the frame as a lever to twist and pop the U Lock but it held. Ruined the rear wheel in the process.

That same technique was used on a friend’s bike recently by an unsuccessful thief. Her u-lock held too but her Tange Prestige frame got trashed. Such a bummer.
