There is a stamp on rear drops but it’s only partially visible. I can make out,”RATI”. I haven’t googled it. Keeping this a pre internet old school mystery requiring actually talking to people. It’s pretty heavy but perfect for city smashing. 42c tires. I had 47c on there but they rubbed all over the place. I like the old road frames made for 27″ wheels cus you can rock modern 700c wheels with fat tires like this and the clearances are tight.” Oakland Andrew
