Rumors are true. Landlords Cycling will be involved with a retail space with an espresso bar on top of Midvale in Germantown North West Philadelphia. (clearly riding up Midvale will be most the acceptable way to reach us) Exterior and Interior hookup will be provided by ICY Signs and Landlords.

Scheduled opening is Julyish. haha.
