C. Hill Cycle Rebrand

Not to Many Chestnut Hill Cycles out there, here’s one with this purported info:

This frame was custom built in Belgium (builder unknown – probably Presto) for one Jack Simes, who raced this in Europe in the early 70s and was banned from racing there after getting in a fight with another rider. It was resprayed in the late ’70s by Chestnut Hill Cyclery, PA, which is the name on the head tube and seat tube badge.
