Cat 4 Department

Locally up. I have to admit I don’t understand the rating system for a lot of these-if you look at them some of them are 10 blocks in center city? Where is the Climb there?
Right now to me, I think the Valley Green climb off Emlen is the most hectic.
I think Philly GS LL members should be rated in all center city cat 4 climbs.
I’m going to have to get downtown more.
