Face Reality
I think its time for the people that want money for their “urban track bikes” to realize that no one in the world is ever going to pay the amount you think the bike is worth in 2012. Its just to late. This is post-Landlords world, the word is out friend, this style of bike is dead.
You should consider putting it in storage and popping it out in 20 years as a “retro-urban-track-bike”. I still don’t think it will ever fetch 700, (today I’d try to sell it to some know-nothing for 200 complete) it is pretty horrible, but you might do a little better if you can find some know-nothing 20 year old to sell it to in 2032.
