Video Update:

Mat T got an injection of sport grade cortisone into his mangled ankle-the first thing he did was ride a track bike through a tunnel. Needless to say he’ll never pass his UCI blood screening. (Mat’s been in and out of the hospital with severe ankle damage and hasn’t been on a bike for weeks.)

(Kevin Bacon was about to step off the curb in front of me across the street from Ben’s Pizza, I said “Look out Quicksilver!” and he did one of those Footlose style jump back maneuvers. -tim)
